Shabbazz Jewellery ships worldwide. International (outside the Caribbean) orders could be subject to extra handling charges, shipping rates, and taxes all of which are the responsibility and paid for by the customer. We will contact you with all the necessary information once you have placed an order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Shabbazz Jewellery customer care service will contact you with all the relevant information concerning the date your order will be shipped and your tracking number.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
The Customer can return a purchase to us at Shabbazz Jewellery within 14 days of receiving the product. The item must be returned with its original packaging and in its original condition, together with the invoice. The customer will be refunded in full once we have received the product and ensured that it is ligitimate. Please give us up to 30 days for your refund. We would also like for you the customer to remember that the Shipping charges will not be refunded.

CANCEL ORDERS
During the processing time (when an item is being prepared to be shipped) you can cancel any order that you have placed with Shabbazz Jewellery. No question asked. Please contact us to confirm you cancellation, giving us your order number.
